**Commercial Property Solicitor Job in Cambridge**

Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2+ years of PQE experience in commercial property law.

**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor who can manage a caseload of files including commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, grants of easement, and property finance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property law, including complex aspects, and a strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on property law matters.
  • Handle complex transactions, such as development and agricultural projects, and collaborate effectively within the team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements, staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of PQE experience in commercial property law.
  • Extensive experience in commercial property law, including complex aspects.
  • Strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
  • IT literate, with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency.

**What We Offer:**
