The successful candidate will have at least five years experience and possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Our client's residential team handles a broad mix of conveyancing work, including freehold and leasehold transactions for local clients.

With over 50 years combined experience, the team is highly respected by local agents and professionals. Clear prospects exist for the successful candidate, who will be rewarded with a competitive salary package including 5 weeks holiday, death in service, health care, pension scheme and bonus.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
