Job Title: Residential Development Lawyer
">About the Role:
The Executive Network Legal Limited is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Development Lawyer to their expanding team. The role involves advising on all aspects of development work and working with a team that has a strong reputation for providing excellent services in this sector.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice across the broad remit of residential development matters;
- Working with a team to advise clients on development agreements, joint venture agreements, promotion agreements, affordable housing, and conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals agreements;
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, options, and agreements related to residential development.
About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Development Lawyer who has at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in handling their own caseload of residential development matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with residential development matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
