
Residential Property Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in the Cambridge area.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in property management and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all properties within their portfolio are maintained to the highest standards, and that all relevant legislation and best practice procedures are followed.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
