Job Description:

The Portfolio Manager - Client Services will oversee the financial management of a portfolio of estates, including supervising a team of client accountants and managing bank reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of client accountants and ensure their workloads are managed efficiently.
  • Manage the finances of a portfolio of estates, including monitoring bank reconciliations and ensuring no accounts go overdrawn.
  • Support Estate Managers with relevant information and identify the need for S20B notices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of accounts experience.
  • Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience.
  • Desirable experience in service charge client accounting.
  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
