Job Description


This exciting opportunity seeks a seasoned estate programme manager to join our mission-focused team. As a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will work collaboratively with our clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to help our clients achieve their objectives.


You will provide leadership at programme and portfolio level, fostering an environment for our private and public sector clients to deliver a green, inclusive, and productive world.


The role involves working on programmes across the globe, offering opportunities to be part of innovative schemes in the marketplace.


To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programmes or portfolios in the public or private sector.


You should be self-motivated, driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the #1 consultancy for real estate portfolio and programme management in the UK and globally.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Established network within the industry
  • Strong understanding of current real estate industry trends
  • Proven experience in managing large programmes of work
  • Knowledge of various procurement methods and contract forms
  • Excellent communication skills (in person and written)
  • Degree/Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
  • Professional membership desirable

Our salary for this position is approximately £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
