Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. As a key member of our Real Estate Project Management team, you'll be responsible for managing complex real estate projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project delivery, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Act as the primary client interface, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including establishing success criteria, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project finances, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree qualification in a construction, real estate, or project management discipline.
  • 1-5 years of experience in managing real estate projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Professional membership, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB, is desirable.
