Estate Management Resourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Estate Management Resourcing Specialist to join our team at Encore Estate Management. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of employees across the Group, including attracting talent through advertising, social media, referrals, and other means.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and screen candidates for open roles and pipeline candidates for future opportunities
- Create candidate summaries to present to the internal recruitment team
- Write and place adverts in line with company procedure
- Proactively search for candidates who have not applied directly for roles, specifically in the Estate Management team
- Monitor applications received and ensure that candidates' applications are processed efficiently
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the business
- Assist on interviews with the Internal Recruitment Team
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks and administration duties as required
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in an administration role would be desirable
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, delegation, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, including letter writing and the written and verbal presentation of information
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to adapt your style as required
