About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener / Estate Manager to join our team at AWD online Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the formal gardens and landscape of our prestigious estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and managing the formal gardens and landscape of the estate
- Operating and maintaining garden and large estate machinery
- Providing excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach
Requirements:
- Previous gardening or landscape maintenance experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach
- Current valid full driving licence
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
- Excellent benefits package
- 37 hours per week (On-Call schedule for winter months)
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire (CB22)
