Estate Data Specialist

Job Title: Estate Data Technician
The University of Cambridge is seeking a skilled Estate Data Technician to join the Estates Division's Business Information Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating digital records, including drawings, models, and space/occupancy data. They will work closely with the Estate Data Team, surveyors, and other teams within the Estates Division to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD and Revit, and knowledge of space management systems, such as Micad. A GIS system, such as Esri, ArcGIS, would also be beneficial. They will also have experience in surveying and data analysis.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to prioritize tasks, manage complex records, and contribute to project-based work.
