Rural Land Management Specialist

Located in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, or Ipswich, Suffolk, we are seeking a highly skilled Rural Land Management Specialist to join our rural consultancy team.
As a leading UK rural consultancy, we deliver expert advice on estate management, development, and valuation. Our team members enjoy a rewarding career with opportunities for progression, and we are happy to consider candidates for Associate Director or Senior Associate Director roles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a rural consultancy team, securing new business, and acting as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients. Key tasks will include estate and farming business reviews, diversification projects, and overseeing the day-to-day management of assets and progressing strategic plans.
About the Role- Lead a rural consultancy team to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide expert advice on estate management, valuation, and planning
- Conduct thorough reviews of estate and farming businesses, identifying opportunities for growth and development
- Oversee the management of rural estates, ensuring optimal performance
- Deliver high-quality valuations and secure lending solutions for clients
- MRICS qualification or equivalent
- Proven track record in rural consultancy and team management
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members
- UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Competitive salary up to £47,000 (negotiable)
- Car allowance of £6,500 per year
