Hunter Dunning is seeking a skilled Associate Rural Surveyor to join their team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire or Ipswich, Suffolk. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a leading UK rural consultancy, providing expert advice on estate management, development, and valuation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing rural consultancy teams and securing new business with clients. You will also have a proven track record in mentoring and managing teams, with a strong understanding of rural estate management and valuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a rural consultancy team, securing new business and managing client relationships.
  • Act as Principal Agent for rural estate management clients, overseeing day-to-day management of assets and progressing strategic plans.
  • Secure professional valuations, including secured lending and estate reviews.
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients, utilizing your expertise in rural estate management and development.
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified, with a strong understanding of rural consultancy and estate management.
  • Proven track record in managing rural consultancy teams and securing new business.
  • Experience in mentoring and managing teams, with a strong understanding of rural estate management and valuation.
