Rural Surveyor Associate Job in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Seeking a skilled Rural Surveyor Associate to join our team in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire or Ipswich, Suffolk. As a leading UK rural consultancy, we offer a competitive salary of up to £47,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus + Car Allowance £6500 + Life Assurance + Hybrid Working + 27 days Holiday.

We are a renowned rural consultancy providing expert advice on estate management, development, and valuation. This role offers further scope for progression and the opportunity to work with an established team. Our client is open to considering Associate Director or Senior Associate Director level candidates for this position in either Cambridge or Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a rural consultancy team
  • Secure new business with new and existing clients
  • Act as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients
  • Estate and farming business reviews including diversification projects
  • Oversee day-to-day management of assets and progress strategic plans
  • Secure lending and other professional valuations
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients
Required Skills & Experience
  • MRICS
  • Proven track record in rural consultancy
  • Previous experience in mentoring / managing a team
  • UK Driving Licence and car
