Rural Land Management Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in the Eastern Region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing rural estates and providing professional rural advice to clients. With a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, you will be able to build relationships with existing and new clients, generate new opportunities, and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as principal agent for a selection of estate management clients and ensuring the achievement of key client deliverables.
  • Handling diversification projects and overseeing day-to-day management of assets.
  • Progressing strategic objectives and demonstrating team leadership potential, staff management, and potentially running a local office within the region.

Requirements:

  • Competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience of delivering work across a range of projects.
  • Demonstrate good time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain good relationships with team members, other colleagues, and clients.
  • Flexible approach to work and hours undertaken.
  • Relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degree or equivalent.
  • MRICS qualified preferably Rural pathway with 3-5 years PQE.
  • Must hold a full, valid driving licence.
