The Role

The University of Cambridge is seeking a skilled Estate Data Technician to join the Estates Division's Business Information Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating digital records, including drawings, models, and space/occupancy data.

You will work closely with the Estate Data Team, surveyors, projects, and property teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital records. Your expertise in Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD and Revit, will be essential in managing and maintaining these records.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience in data analysis and surveying. Knowledge of a space management system, such as Micad, and a GIS system, such as Esri, ArcGIS, would be advantageous.

You will also need to be able to prioritize tasks, manage complex records, and contribute effectively to project-based work. A degree-level education is required for this role.
