Job Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate Project Management Team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate projects
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met
  • Advise at a strategic level on project conception, including providing advice on different approaches to achieve client objectives
  • Establish overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
  • Plan and manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environment issues
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance
  • Manage the change control process
  • Monitor and advise on project finances
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports
  • Lead marketing and business development activities, including developing new business opportunities and identifying cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction, real estate, or project management discipline
  • 5 years' experience managing real estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written
  • Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB
