About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate Project Management Team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will work on a wide variety of projects across sectors on a rotational basis.



Job Responsibilities



  • Lead complex real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client objectives.
  • Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Advise on strategic project approaches to achieve client goals.
  • Establish project success criteria, including time, cost, quality, and performance parameters.
  • Plan and manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
  • Implement effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, including detailed project schedules.
  • Apply performance management techniques, using KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Manage change control processes and advise on project finances.
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress reports.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development activities, identifying new opportunities and improving project management products and services.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Degree qualification in a relevant construction, real estate, or project management discipline.
  • 5 years' experience managing Real Estate projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB.

Turner & Townsend offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, which includes:


$84,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
