We're seeking experienced estate programme managers to join our growing business. You'll work collaboratively with our clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to help our clients achieve their objectives.
As a programme manager, you'll provide leadership at programme and portfolio level, creating the space for our private and public sector clients to deliver a green, inclusive, and productive world.
Our programmes cover work across the globe and offer exciting challenges and exposure to innovative schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale, complex programmes or portfolios in the public or private sector.
- Develop and maintain established networks within the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends and best practices.
- Procure and manage various methods and forms of contract.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both in person and in writing.
- Possess a degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Professional membership is desirable.
