We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead and manage the delivery of a Finance Transformation Programme. This role is pivotal in defining and managing programme governance, quality standards, and ensuring effective resource management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leadership and management, with strong project management skills and the ability to make complex decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance and Quality Management: Define and manage programme-related governance processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Programme Management: Support the management of the schedule and budget at the programme level, ensuring effective resource management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Define interfaces with stakeholders within and outside the Finance Division, providing centralised support for managing changes, tracking risks, and issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Programme Management Office and all project workstreams, ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Commercial Management: Manage complex relationships with contracted suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee business cases.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers.
