Responsibilities
  • Lead projects independently, collaborating closely with clients.
  • Undertake pre-contract tenders, cost planning, and contract administration under JCT contracts.

Requirements: Previous experience as an Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor, or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with roles involving projects worth £5m+. A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Building Surveying is essential.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits package including structured bonus scheme.
