About the Role

JustOT is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cambridge. As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering rehabilitation programs for individuals with complex neurological conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy, registration with HPC, and evidence of neuro-specific CPD. With a minimum of one year post-qualification experience, you will have a strong understanding of health and safety processes and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support residents and families with goal setting and discharge planning. Your expertise will be utilized to monitor the effectiveness of therapy interventions and contribute to service development projects.

Estimated Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver rehabilitation programs for individuals with complex neurological conditions
  2. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support residents and families with goal setting and discharge planning
  3. Monitor the effectiveness of therapy interventions and contribute to service development projects
  4. Participate in regular clinics with Consultant in Rehabilitation medicine
  5. Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants and clinical training to support workers
  6. Take a leading role in CPD and personal development through regular supervisions
