**Job Title:** Occupational Therapy Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our team at the Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions. The role involves working autonomously and without direct supervision, integrating evidence-based practice into daily work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients across various clinical areas, including stroke, neuro-rehabilitation, and intensive care.
- Lead on service development projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Support the Team Leader in planning, coordinating, and evaluating the Occupational Therapy Service.
- Mentor junior staff members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

Requirements:
