Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide accurate and timely clinical assessments, advice, and interventions to patients with complex needs.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of occupational therapy services, including the development of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational therapy practice.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in occupational therapy or a related field.
- Current registration as an occupational therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Significant experience working in a similar role, preferably within the NHS.
- Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
The salary range for this position is £46,148 - £52,809 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
