We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering rehabilitation programs that cater to the unique needs of our residents.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy, registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC), and a minimum of one year post-qualification experience working in neurological rehabilitation. You will be passionate about caring for individuals with neurological conditions and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an excellent salary package, including a competitive annual salary of £34,000 - £36,000 depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver individualized rehabilitation programs for complex residents.
  2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Utilize outcome measures to monitor the effectiveness of therapy interventions.
  4. Participate in weekly MDT in-service training program.
  5. Lead in service development projects and contribute to regular clinics with Consultant in Rehabilitation medicine.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registered with HPC.
  • Evidence of Neuro-specific CPD.
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience.
  • Experience working in neurological rehabilitation.
  • A keen interest in caring for people who have neurological conditions.
