Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Addenbrooke's Hospital.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with neurology, neurosurgery, and major trauma conditions.

Main Duties

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, interventions, and goal setting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy programs, improving patient outcomes and experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and optimize results.

Requirements

  • Possess a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Have extensive experience in neurology, neurosurgery, and major trauma conditions, with evidence of CPD.
  • Be an effective communicator and team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and self-motivation, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
