Assistant Site Development Lead

The Assistant Site Development Lead will assist the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
You will work in conjunction with the Sales Team to ensure that regular Sales/Build meetings are attended and all Sales/Build procedures are adhered to.
This role involves deputising for the Site Manager as and when required and accepting responsibility for such duties and responsibilities.
