Development Site Coordinator

Are you a skilled professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in site management and construction? We are seeking an Apprentice Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As an Apprentice Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development of sites, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme.
Responsibilities:- Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure regular Sales/Build meetings are attended and procedures are adhered to
- Provide support to the on-site Construction team, ensuring they are fully resourced and well-directed
- Experience working within established build programs
- Able to assertively ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour
- Prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs

- 26 days' holiday (increases by 1 day for every 3 years' continuous service up to 29 days)
The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
