Job Description:

As a Senior Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing budgets, and leading a team of maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  2. Manage budgets and resources to meet financial targets.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance coordinator role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.

Salary: £63,000 per annum.
