Life Science Talent is offering a unique opportunity for a UK based QP to join our team as a Senior Pharmaceutical Quality Specialist.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in sterile manufacturing to fill this exciting position. The successful candidate will have several years of experience releasing products on a QP licence and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience working with sterile manufacturing, and a proven track record of performing audits and interacting with clients. Additionally, they should have experience in performing PQS gap analysis and implementing PQS improvement programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release products on a QP licence
  • Perform audits and inspections
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead projects related to sterile manufacturing
  • Develop and implement quality systems and procedures
Person Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, pharmacy)
  • Several years of experience in sterile manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.

This is a full-time position based in the UK, with occasional travel to client sites required. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
