Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Coordinator to join our client's Construction Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site management functions across key packages, including health & safety, short-term programming, and progress monitoring for subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a quality build with low defects. In return, our client offers a competitive salary package of £55k-£60k basic, plus car or allowance, healthcare, pension, and bonus.

About the Role
The successful Senior Site Coordinator will take responsibility for managing all site management functions, including:
  • Managing relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Coordinating construction activities to meet deadlines
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues


Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
