Senior Architectural Project Coordinator

Leading architectural practice in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in an architectural practice, a relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology, and a proven track record of leading a team and managing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing design proposals using AutoCAD or Revit
- Preparing production information and coordinating design information in BIM for construction on site
- Preparing NBS specifications for construction work
- Answering site queries as appropriate
The ideal candidate will be proficient in current UK building regulations and have excellent communication skills.
