Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Projects PI team, supporting the delivery of projects in a timely, cost-efficient, and professional manner. As a key member of the Projects team, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in ensuring projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Support bid and tender processes.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on strategic planning for project execution.
  • Proactively manage project-related issues and coordinate activities with clients.
  • Prepare and update project status reports, and maintain accurate project files.
  • Verify project budgeting and ensure follow-up on project progress.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure milestones are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a project management role.
  • Experience in budgeting and tracking.
  • Understanding of technical project requirements.
  • Previous experience in a project setting with project scope development.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Motivated and flexible team player.
