We are working with a well-established and successful Tier 1 Contractor in the search for a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis in Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Planner for a regional/national contractor, supporting the management team with planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities. They will lead programme and planning management for the team in preconstruction and construction phases, developing regular reports to feedback on progress and performance.

A successful track record on live construction projects up to £50m is essential, along with experience managing Planning teams and Asta Powerproject training. The candidate should also have experience working on projects across various sectors, including Randstad Construction Property Engineering.

This role offers an attractive salary and benefits package. We estimate the salary to be around £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team with planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Lead programme and planning management for the team in preconstruction and construction phases.
  • Develop regular reports to feedback on progress and performance.
  • Manage Planning teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Planner for a regional/national contractor.
  • A successful track record on live construction projects up to £50m.
