Senior Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management function and will have the opportunity to progress their career within a senior leadership team.

About the Role

  • Assist the commercial manager in managing the commercial management functions across multiple projects
  • Support the team in producing CVRs, managing team workload, applications for payment from sub-contractors, variations, and preparation of final accounts
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial manager and team
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive business growth

About You

  • A chartered quantity surveyor with significant experience in managing teams and projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
