Building Site Supervisor

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Building Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects, adhering to budget constraints, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating daily site activities to guarantee all work is executed safely and efficiently
- Supervising subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met
- Liaising with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Addressing any site-related issues and implementing solutions promptly
- Conducting site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to project specifications
Candidates for this position should possess:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
- A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields
- A CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred
