Building Site Director

We are seeking an experienced Building Site Director to join our team at Fawkes and Reece in Cambridge. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our construction projects and ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of site managers and coordinators;
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules;
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs and expenditures;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in construction management, preferably with SMSTS and CSCS qualifications;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects;
  • Experience working on office and warehouse fit-out projects;
  • A deep understanding of construction processes and procedures.
