CV Library is partnering with a prominent housing developer to find an experienced Traditional Build Housing Site Manager Lead. The project involves constructing approximately 100 units in Cambridge.

You will work closely with the Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction process from first fix to completion.

  • Coordinate and manage the construction process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Site Manager to ensure successful project execution.

A minimum of experience in traditional build housing is required. High-volume experience and a trade background or construction-related degree are highly desirable.

Salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per year, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise needed for this role.
