As the new manager of the Golden Ball, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards. About The Business
The Golden Ball is a well-established pub with a separate 10-bedroom hotel. Located just 2 miles from Junction 24 of the A14 and 10 miles from Cambridge City Centre, it offers a unique blend of rural charm and accessibility. With a clean yet rustic bar, high barn vaulted ceiling, and beautifully maintained beer garden, this pub has everything needed to maintain and develop its bustling trade under the right operator.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract visitors from further afield and enhance the pub's local reputation
* Monitor finances and make informed decisions to optimize profitability

Requirements
* Proven experience in operating a quality food-led business with letting rooms
* Strong marketing skills and ability to promote the business effectively
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead by example
