Rand Europe is a not-for-profit research institute with over 30 years of experience in conducting policy research. We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Public Affairs to join our team in Cambridge.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience of managing high-profile stakeholder and media issues, as well as building an organization's brand and improving stakeholder recognition. They will also possess a strong understanding of the UK's and EU's political and policy-making structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a public affairs strategy to enhance our profile and reputation among existing and new stakeholders.
  • Align messaging with Rand Europe's goals, tailoring content for specific target audiences.
  • Manage communications expenditure within budget, providing regular updates to the Communications and Partnerships Director.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension, 33 days holiday allowance, annual salary review, and flexible working arrangements.
