Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at CV Library.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have worked as either a SSM/SM on traditional build housing schemes/high volume and has experience of taking units from foundation to handovers. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. No1 on site, reporting to the Contract Manager
  2. Working with a SM, ASM or a Trainee ASM
  3. Chair sub-subcontractor meetings
  4. Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
  5. RAMS
  6. Full understanding of H&S and ensuring it's adhered to
  7. Snagging of sub-contractor work
  8. Calls off/Materials
  9. Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
  10. NHBC stage inspections
  11. Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
  12. Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process
  13. Ensuring the development passes internal and external inspection processes
  14. Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
  15. Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors
  16. Completions, CMLS, Handovers
Requirements:
  1. No1 experience on traditional build schemes
  2. Able to manage a fast-paced busy site
  3. Able to train and manage any staff who report to you
  4. New build, residential experience
  5. CSCS, Black
  6. First Aid, Scaffold awareness
What We Offer:
  1. Competitive salary £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
  2. Car allowance £5,000 per annum
