As a Relief Concierge at Orwell Housing Association, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers. Our mission is to provide temporary supported housing for young women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

About the Job

This is a rewarding role that requires a caring and compassionate individual to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.

  • You will work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our customers.
  • You will be responsible for undertaking building health and safety checks throughout the night.
  • You will clean communal areas and prepare rooms for re-let.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in working with vulnerable people.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable people.
  • A confident communicator, active listener, and compassionate supporter.

Based on your skills and experience, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £23,820. This is based on a 37.5-hour working week and 52 weeks per year.
