Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
- Liaise with employees at all levels, including senior management.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and reports.
- Ensure the office has adequate supplies and resources.
- Delegate tasks to the administrative team.
- Promote staff training and development.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Availability for a temporary assignment.
- Immediate availability.
- A background in retail or fashion industry administration is preferred but not essential.
