Lead Mechanical Site Coordinator for Cambridge Laboratory Fit Out

Jark PLC is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Coordinator to oversee the installation of heating and ventilation systems at a laboratory in Cambridge. This six-month contract role offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead specialist mechanical subcontractors and ensure seamless project execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams and maintaining health and safety standards on construction sites. A current SSSTS certification and first aid training are essential requirements for this position.
As part of our team, you will work closely with a project manager to deliver high-quality results within the site programme timeframe. Your duties will include:
- Coordinating the activities of specialist mechanical subcontractors
- Maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
In return for your expertise, Jark PLC offers competitive compensation, including a salary of £60,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as site parking and flexible working hours from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
