About the Role

This senior position involves overseeing the financial performance, strategy, and planning for the company. As Finance Director, you will lead a talented finance team, ensuring financial goals are met while driving continuous improvement across all areas of finance.

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial advice and insight to the senior leadership team and the board.
  • Budgeting & Financial Planning: Take overall control of the company's accounting and budgetary processes.
  • Financial Performance & Analysis: Lead efforts to optimise financial performance by managing costs, improving profitability, and advising on financial risks and opportunities.

Your expertise will be essential in shaping the future of our business, providing financial guidance that influences key business decisions.

Requirements
  • ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience is essential.
  • Finance Director or CFO experience is essential.
  • Previous experience of managing an end-to-end finance function including technical and commercial finance.

You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to frequent change while maintaining exceptional leadership skills and attention to detail.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £120,000-£150,000 depending on experience.
