We are seeking a highly skilled Business School Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cambridge Judge Business School. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong IT proficiency.

Job Summary:

The Business School Operations Coordinator will provide high-level operational support to the HR team, ensuring seamless delivery of operational services to employees and line managers across the Business School. The role will involve managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, and supporting key initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Management: Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Persoanal Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Supporting the HR Team: Collaborate with the Head of People, EDI Manager, and wider HR team to drive key initiatives and projects.
  • Employee and Line Manager Support: Offer exceptional operational support to employees and line managers across the Business School.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record in Operational Roles: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational role.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with employees, line managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong IT Proficiency: Proficient in using HR software and other digital tools.
  • Minute-Taking Experience: Ability to take accurate minutes during meetings.
  • Organisational Skills: Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage a diverse and evolving workload.
