Upper School Education Coordinator

Cambridge School Volunteers is seeking an experienced Academic Planning Coordinator to lead our Upper School Learning Center and NetPals program. This full-time position requires a bachelor's degree or higher and experience working with middle school-aged students.
About UsOur organization supports Pre-K to Grade 12 students with trained volunteer tutors and mentors. We recruit and coach volunteers to help students achieve academic and personal success.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Learning Centers: Participate in orientation sessions, support volunteer recruitment, and attend planning meetings.
- Serving as a NetPals Program Manager: Provide training, facilitate planning, and assist with report writing.
Evaluate programs, assist with report writing, and develop a schedule for the program. The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher and experience working with middle school-aged students preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
- Ability to travel between school locations and commit to 40 hours per week year-round.
- Full health insurance.
- 3% SIMPLE IRA contribution.
- 10 days of summer vacation.
