Job Summary:
We are seeking a registered nurse with excellent communication skills to join our team as a School Nursing Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to students, collaborating with the medical team, and developing individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized nursing care to students, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive student care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing specific student needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student care, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN) qualification
- Experience working in a school or similar setting, preferably with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
