Pediatric Nursing Specialist Opportunity

Nurse Seekers is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Nursing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to students in a school setting. As a key member of the medical team, you will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized nursing care to students, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and management of acute illnesses.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with teaching staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Design and implement innovative care plans that address the diverse needs of students.
  • Ensure timely documentation and reporting of student care activities, promoting transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Registered Nursing (RGN or RSCN) is mandatory.
  • Experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
Salary Range:

£45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
