Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sciensus. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, holistic care to patients in their own homes.

About the Role:

You will work closely with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to provide tailored care plans that meet individual needs. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a home environment
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Build lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks
  • Accurately document patient care and clinical observations

Requirements:

  • Registered general nurse qualification
  • Experience in IV device management and administration of IV therapies
  • Ability to undertake holistic clinical assessments
