As a Nurse Practitioner - Nights, you'll be responsible for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll take charge of coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals. You'll also conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.

We're looking for a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. You'll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties, observing, administering medication, reviewing, and evaluating individual care plans. You'll provide clinical guidance to the care team and deliver best practice continually. Your experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard will be invaluable in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £20.93 - £23.09 per hour, plus £1.50 per hour weekend enhancement and £2 per hour overtime enhancement. You'll also receive a welcome bonus of £1000*. We believe in investing in our staff to help them grow and develop in their careers.
